What happens If a customer stops paying for the leased website?
  1. We will send a notice to the customer via email or mail, reminding them of their outstanding balance and the due date for payment.
  2. If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, we will send a second notice, indicating that the website will be taken offline if payment is not received within 5 days.
  3. If payment is still not received after the second notice, we will take the website offline and the customer’s data will be backed up and stored for a period of 30 days.
  4. During this 30-day period, the customer will be able to retrieve their data and make arrangements for payment. If payment is received within this time, the website will be restored and the customer will be able to continue using it.
  5. If payment is not received within the 30-day period, we will delete the customer’s data and terminate the lease agreement. The customer will not be entitled to any refunds or credits for any remaining time on the lease.
  6. The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with restoring the website or retrieving their data, should they wish to do so after the lease has been terminated.
